Is Centex-Pulte doing “the right thing” with its buyback offers? Right for them, but maybe not for homeowners who hired an attorney. These people were already victimized by shoddy construction, and accepting the buyback offer could cost them another $60K or more, making them victims again. To see why, read the comments we added to this linked article: http://homeownersoftexas.org/Rivermist.html#offerstaken

Interesting!

The loan modification process can be frustrating and confusing for many distressed homeowners. But you have to know what exactly is loan modification. A loan modification is a permanent change in one or more terms of a borrower's home loan.

We all are hoping for better home sales in June and July. Maybe the tax credit will help. I am staying positive. Our Home Inspection business is up 25%. Many of the guys that didn't have the customer base we do have fallen off the radar.
And in 90+ days inventory will go up again.

I am going to place your link on Twitter so others can follow your blog.
